Casa BR

Casa BR se ubica en la zona metropolitana del Valle de México, sobre un terreno con una fuerte pendiente hacia un acantilado y vistas al bosque. La topografía definió el proyecto, permitiendo crear un jardín al nivel de las principales áreas sociales mediante una intervención mínima del terreno.

El recorrido parte de un acceso íntimo que se abre hacia un cubo de escaleras de doble altura, donde un gran ventanal enmarca un árbol existente y lleva luz natural al interior. La estancia de altura y media se abre completamente hacia el jardín, diluyendo el límite entre interior y exterior.

La recámara principal se eleva como un volumen independiente, privilegiando privacidad y vistas. Con geometrías simples, materiales cálidos y una relación constante con la vegetación, Casa BR busca transmitir amplitud, serenidad y conexión con su entorno.

BR House

BR House is located in the metropolitan area of the Valley of Mexico, on a steeply sloping site overlooking a cliff and the surrounding forest. The topography shaped the project, allowing the main living spaces to connect directly with a garden through minimal intervention to the terrain.

An intimate entrance opens into a double height stairwell, where a large window frames an existing tree and brings natural light into the house. The height and a half living room opens completely toward the garden, blurring the boundary between indoors and outdoors.

The master bedroom is elevated as an independent volume, providing privacy while maintaining open views. Through simple geometries, warm materials and a constant connection with vegetation, BR House creates a sense of openness, serenity and connection to its surroundings.
